While Cloud Power is very user-friendly, we don’t just just flip the switch and walk away. With the initial set-up installation comes support and training to ensure your complete understanding of the program.

 

Basic Installation & Training Includes:

  • Step #1: Identification of your Sales Process from Contact to Contract. Understand how a sale should flow through your organization.
  • Step #2: Assign a “Champion” – Personalize your program and train your designated administrator.
  • Step #3: “Pay Time” & Goal Setting – Learn how to measure behaviors and establish goals. “What gets measured gets done.”
  • Step #4:  Training for  Champion – After everything is set up, understand the methodology behind the system and how it will work for you.
  • Step #5: Champion Staff Training with Coaching – Champion trains their sales team with oversight of the Cloud Power team.

Extended consultative training available for an additional fee.
